How to get tax and duty payments back?
When encountering duty and tox charges during shipment, please ensure that the payment is prepaid as it is the responsibility of the receiver. Retain the payment receipt and forward it to our customer support at service@yiilighting.com. We will promptly reimburse you for the duty and tax expenses incurred. However, please be aware that the return order does not refund the tax fee.
