How can I track my order?

What payment methods are available?

 You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express ), Or other payments like PayPal,  Shop Pay ,Apple Pay or Google Pay. We also accept Pay in 4 From PayPal.

How do l order products that are out of stock?

Some products may be temporarily out of stock. Please contact us to check availability or confirm the status of customized items and large orders.

How do l know my order is confirmed?

Once you complete your purchase, we’ll send a confirmation email with all your order details. After shipment, you’ll get another email with tracking info.

Are there installation Instructions?

The product comes with dedicated installation instructions. If you are unsure how to install the light fixture, please contact our customer service team at service@yiilighting.com.

Are there variations among products?

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur in color, measurements, and finishes due to handcrafting and screen settings. These differences do not affect the quality, functionality, or aesthetics of the product.

How should l maintain my light fixtures?

We recommend cleaning your lamp regularly with a soft cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh cleaning products or improper techniques, as they may cause damage. We’re not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect cleaning methods.

Are bulbs included with the light fixture?

Whether or not light bulbs are included can be checked on the product details page.

Shipping methods & Shipping Time

Yiilighting ships your product via two methods (door to door shipping):

Ship From:  Germany/Overseas
Ships via: DPD, Evri, FedEx, USPS, or Royal Mail

Delivery Time:7-15 days of dispatch

Dispatch Time: 1 Week

What if I receive a damaged item?

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged, or mis-shipped item.

Please contact us at Return Center and attach photos of the damaged item.

Return & Refund

How to make a return ?

Please be sure to start this return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

1) Go to our Returns Center to start a return!
2) We will respond to the return email in 2 business days. 
3) Refund will be returned to the original bank account within 3 business days.

There are a few items that can’t be returned :

• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Items you have already assembled
• Items have been received over 30 days of delivery

When could I get a refund ?

Paypal — You could get the refund back immediately once initiated;

Shopify Payment — You can get your funds back in just 5 days;
